GHP Consultancy Group offers a comprehensive party wall surveying service throughout England & Wales, which encompasses service delivery in full compliance with the Party Wall Act 1996. We can fulfil any role as defined within the Act namely as the agreed surveyor, the adjoining owner's surveyor or the third surveyor, giving impartial & independent advice throughout. In relation to the Act, the consultant is not appointed on standard working relationship terms, as this is a fully independent role, and not a Client-Consultant relationship.
